1983年宮城県仙台市生まれ。東北工業大学 工業意匠学科卒業。
ダイナミズムと繊細さを兼ね備えた表現で、数々の作品を生み出している。
国内外での個展や海外のアートフェアへの参加など精力的に活動。
「思考を止めない」というテーマを軸に、多彩な色彩と光を内包し、様々な人間の深層にある感情を浮かび上がらせるその作品は、見る者の心の奥底に眠る本質的な問いや感覚を呼び覚ます。
人間の存在そのものへの探求が制作の原動力となり、普遍的な美と内面の葛藤を行き来する哲学的な旅路が制作を通して続いている。
広告ビジュアルやアパレルブランド、企業とのコラボレーション、ライブペイントを数多く手がけ、アートワークとクライアントワークの境界を超え、表現の可能性をさらに広げている。
「Born in 1983 in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, Kanako Sasaki graduated from Tohoku University of Technology with a degree in Industrial Design.
An artist whose work balances dynamism and delicacy, she creates pieces that embody a rich interplay of color and light. Her art surfaces deep human emotions—hope, passion, impulse, joy, desire, and frustration—while blurring the boundaries between the visible and the invisible. Through this, her work awakens fundamental questions and sensations that lie dormant in the viewer’s heart.
Driven by a continuous exploration of human existence, she embarks on a philosophical journey through her art, navigating between universal beauty and inner conflict.
In addition to her independent practice, she has collaborated extensively on advertising visuals, apparel brands, and corporate projects—transcending the divide between fine art and commercial work, and expanding the possibilities of artistic expression.」
